To use the Cash Out feature, start by placing your bet on any eligible market. After your bet is placed, check your Open Bets in your betslip or through your Account’s History section. If your bet qualifies, a Cash Out value will be displayed based on the live status of your selections and the current market odds. If you’re happy with the offer, simply click the Cash Out button to confirm. Once accepted, the stated amount will be credited instantly to your cash balance, and your bet will be settled immediately, regardless of how the remaining event or selections unfold. This lets you walk away with a guaranteed return or limit your risk without having to wait for the final result.

If you prefer more flexibility, the Partial Cash Out feature allows you to secure part of your bet while leaving the rest active. When you access your Open Bets, you’ll see a slider next to the Cash Out value. This slider lets you choose how much of your stake you want to Cash Out. After confirming your Partial Cash Out, the selected amount will be returned to your cash balance immediately, and the remainder of your stake will continue as a new bet at the current market odds. The rest of your bet remains active and visible in your Open Bets section, with its new stake and updated Cash Out value. This means you still have a chance to win more from your remaining stake while securing part of your investment.

Keep in mind that all Cash Out and Partial Cash Out requests are subject to availability and may experience delays, especially if one or more of your selections are currently in play. Cash Out is offered on both pre-match and live markets for Single Bets and Combo Bets but is not available for System Bets or Forecast/Tricast Bets. In cases where Combo Bets are placed alongside System Bets, Cash Out will not be available. The value offered for a Cash Out is determined by your potential full return, the outcomes of any settled selections, and the current market prices of any unsettled ones. This value might be higher or lower than your original stake depending on market movement.

Partial Cash Out can only be used when the total Cash Out value exceeds twice the minimum bet amount for the selected bet. The smallest possible Partial Cash Out amount equals the minimum permitted stake, while the maximum is the full Cash Out value minus that minimum. Once you Cash Out partially, the remaining part of your bet becomes a new, independent bet with the current odds at the time. If your Combo Bet had already settled one or more selections, the new bet will continue on the open lines at the latest odds. The Cash Out value shown during confirmation will always be the final, official amount offered to you, even if it differs from what was displayed in your betslip or Open Bets list beforehand.

It’s important to remember that once you confirm a Cash Out, your bet is considered settled. The amount you receive is final and will not be adjusted based on the outcome of the remaining selections. All funds from Cashed Out or Partially Cashed Out bets are credited immediately to your account balance. These bets are then marked as completed, and their final results will have no further impact on your returns. However, note that bets settled via Cash Out will not count toward fulfilling the requirements of any promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the promo’s Terms and Conditions.

Please also be aware that bets placed using bonus funds or Bonus Tokens are not eligible for Cash Out or Partial Cash Out. If any selection involved in your Cash Out bet experiences a market change or price update that results in suspension, the Cash Out feature may also be temporarily suspended or removed. Furthermore, while we strive to offer Cash Out on a wide range of events, markets, and customers, we cannot guarantee availability in all circumstances. The feature may also be unavailable if your account is suspended or if there are technical difficulties. In such cases, your bets will stand and be settled as originally placed.

Once you choose to Cash Out, the system will present the updated value, which is subject to real-time market changes. That value may be different from what you initially saw, and it is this final value shown at confirmation that determines the return you receive.
