When do I receive my Free Bets? You will receive your first £/€5 Free Bet from Free Bet Club at 10:00 GMT on the Saturday after qualification, then your second at 10:00 GMT on the following Monday. You will receive your total Countdown to Cheltenham Free bet pot in full on Monday 11th March. 

When do I receive my Free Spins? You will receive your 25 Free Spins on the Saturday of your qualifying week.

Countdown to Cheltenham runs for four weeks from Saturday 10th February until Friday 8th March 2024. Upon weekly Free Bet Club qualification, you’ll receive an extra £/€5 Free Bet added to your Countdown to Cheltenham pot. Plus, if you qualify for each week of Countdown to Cheltenham, you’ll get an extra £10 in Free Bets added to your total pot. The total Cheltenham pot accrued across the four weeks will then be credited on Monday 11th of March 2024.

Weekly qualifying customers will be awarded the Free Bets in three instalments: 
 The first £/€5 (or customer currency equivalent) Free Bet will be credited at 10:00 GMT on Saturday, and is valid for 30 days. The second £/€5 (or customer currency equivalent) Free Bet will be credited at 10:00 GMT on Monday, and is valid for 30 days. The third instalment will be the Countdown to Cheltenham total Free Bets pot – credited on the 11th March 2024 (£/€5 Free Bet per each qualifying week, plus an extra £10 in Free Bets for customers who have qualified for every week of Countdown to Cheltenham).

Eligible qualifying bet(s) must have three or more selections. Any bets including esports selections won't be eligible for the Free Bet Club Countdown to Cheltenham. Bet(s) must be placed on odds of at least 2/1 (3.00) to be eligible. Should the Free Bet be placed on a selection that is later voided, the stake will be returned to your account as a Free Bet. The Free Bet is non-refundable and the Free Bet stake is not included in any returns. 

Placement of a Free Bet on an each-way market is considered one bet (including the win and place portion). The return from this bet must be greater than the total value of the Free Bet placed for winnings to be paid out. A redeemed Free Bet will not count towards qualification to view streamed events.
