Cheltenham Festival 2nd Place Money-Back Offer!

This promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over residing in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the United Kingdom. To participate, customers must place a bet on any horse race at the Cheltenham Festival. The offer applies exclusively to Outright Betting and is valid for win or the win portion of each-way singles. Bets must be placed online and on named runners only. Bets placed through other channels, such as retail or telephone betting, do not qualify.

If your selection finishes second to the starting price (SP) favourite, you will receive a stake refund in the form of a free bet. The maximum refund available per customer is £/€20. Free bets will be credited within 24 hours of settlement and must be used within seven days. Any free bet not used within this timeframe will expire and will no longer be redeemable. Free bets are non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Several important restrictions apply to this promotion. Bets on unnamed second favourites are not eligible. Antepost bets, which are wagers placed before the final declarations, do not qualify. Additionally, void bets will not be considered for this promotion. If a race is declared void for any reason, any qualifying bets placed on that race will not be refunded under this offer. The promotion does not apply to bets placed after the race has started, including in-running bets. Only bets placed before the official start time of the race will qualify. Combined odds bets, where selections are combined into one bet for enhanced odds, are also excluded.

The 2nd place refund applies only to races with at least five runners. If a race has fewer than five runners, the promotion will not be valid. If there is a dead heat for first place, meaning two or more horses cross the finish line at the same time, the offer will not apply. Only the first qualifying bet placed on each race will be considered. If a customer places multiple bets on the same race, only the first qualifying bet will count, and any additional bets will not be eligible for the promotion.

For races where there are joint or co-SP favourites, both will be considered as the SP favourite. In such cases, if your selection finishes second to either of these joint favourites, the refund will still apply. The offer is based on the First Past the Post result, meaning any changes to the result following a steward’s inquiry or disqualification will not affect the outcome of this promotion.

BoyleSports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time if necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, prevent fraudulent activity, or correct errors. Any changes to the promotion will not impact customers who have already placed qualifying bets prior to the modification. If any customers are found attempting to take advantage of the offer through duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity, all associated bonuses and free bets will be removed.

Free bets used on qualifying races do not count toward this promotion. Each customer is eligible for this offer only once per household, account, IP address, and mobile device.
