Finland vs Poland Prediction 10 June 2025

Next Tuesday, Helsinki will host a key fourth-round World Cup qualifier between Finland and Poland.

After three matches, Finland sit second in the group with four points, having beaten Malta 1–0, drawn 2–2 with Lithuania, and most recently lost 0–2 to the Netherlands. The Owls have shown resilience, but scoring remains inconsistent, with just three goals across their qualifiers so far.

Poland, meanwhile, top the group after doing their job efficiently in home games—narrowly beating Lithuania 1–0 and securing a comfortable 2–0 win over Malta. Kadra also warmed up with a 2–0 victory in a friendly against Moldova, suggesting they’re in solid, if unspectacular, form. Their defense has been particularly strong, conceding nothing in these matches, but their attack—despite the presence of Lewandowski—still lacks sharpness and creativity.

With both sides leaning on structure rather than flair, and Poland often playing it safe on the road, a low-scoring encounter looks likely. A tight, tactical game with no more than two goals wouldn't be surprising at all.
