Getting started is easy. Simply create your Sporting Index account in just a few minutes. Then, place a £10 fixed odds single bet or a £10 each-way bet at minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5). Only the "win" part of each-way bets will count toward the qualifying criteria. Please note that your qualifying bet must be placed before the event starts and must not be cashed out early.

Once your qualifying bet settles, you will receive your first batch of free bets: a £10 free fixed odds bet, a £5 free Total Goals football spread bet, a £5 free Winning Favourites horse racing spread bet, and a £1 free Race Index spread bet. A second batch of free bets will be credited 24 hours later, consisting of another £10 free fixed odds bet, a £5 free Total Goals football spread bet, and a £5 free Winning Favourites spread bet. A third and final batch will be credited another 24 hours later with the same structure, totaling £60 in free bets across three consecutive days.

Free fixed odds bet stakes are not returned with any winnings, but you can use them on any event once they have been credited to your account. To use your free fixed odds bet, simply select your chosen fixed odds market, add your selection to your bet slip, and tick the 'Use Free Bet' option before confirming your bet. Free fixed odds bets can be placed in-play but cannot be cashed out early and must be allowed to run to settlement.

To use your free spread bets, you must hold a full spread betting account with Sporting Index. Navigate to either the Total Match Goals or Winning Favourites spread betting markets, enter a £5 stake, choose whether to Buy or Sell, and select the 'Use Free Bet' option on the bet slip. For the £1 Race Index spread bet, simply visit the horse racing Race Index market, select a horse, enter a £1 stake, choose to Buy or Sell, and use the free bet option as instructed. Always remember that while the spread bets are free, you can still incur losses greater than the free bet value if the market moves significantly against your bet.

Free bets will expire 28 days after you open your account if they are not used. Make sure to take full advantage of them while they are available. This offer is available to new customers only who are aged 18 or over and reside in Great Britain. It is not available to customers in the Republic of Ireland or to anyone reopening a previously closed Sporting Index account. Each individual customer may only participate in this promotion once.
