This feature allows you to sell your active bet slip back to the Company before it’s settled and receive an immediate return to your account—without having to wait for the final outcome of the event.

To use the feature, simply head to “My Account – Bet History” or navigate to the “My Bets” section on your bet slip. The Cashout option is clearly indicated and available both before the event starts and while it’s live. You can use it for both single bets and accumulator bets. The amount offered through Cashout is always less than the potential payout of a winning bet and is based on the current difference in odds at the time of the offer. Keep in mind that odds can change quickly as events unfold, which will also impact the Cashout value.

There are a few cases where Cashout won’t be available. These include instances where your bet has already been settled, if one or more outcomes on your bet slip have been blocked, or if your slip includes selections that are ineligible for resale. Additionally, if the bet slip has already been cashed out, the option will no longer be available. Tonybet also reserves the right to block Cashout functionality for specific customers at its sole discretion without having to provide a reason.

Technical disruptions may also affect the availability of the service. In the event of a technical issue during a Cashout transaction, the transaction may be cancelled, and the bet will be settled as normal based on the final result of the event. Tonybet does not guarantee that every bet placed will qualify for Cashout. You’ll only see whether it’s available after your bet has been accepted, and the amount offered for a Cashout cannot be negotiated. You can choose to accept the Cashout or continue with your original bet.

So, when should you consider selling your bet? There are a few scenarios where using Cashout can work to your advantage. First, if you realize you made a mistake when placing your bet, you can Cashout early and place a new one. Second, if the event isn’t progressing the way you hoped and your bet is likely to lose, Cashout can help recover part of your stake—the earlier you act, the more money you’ll usually get back. Lastly, if your bet is currently winning but you’re starting to doubt how the event might end, use Cashout to lock in a profit and avoid the risk of a turnaround.

It’s important to note that bets with Cashout status (including partial Cashouts) do not contribute to leaderboard standings, VIP programs, or other promotions offered by Tonybet. Only fully settled bets are counted toward turnover or wagering requirements. Moreover, if you’ve used a Free Bet (a non-cashable voucher usually issued as part of a promotion or goodwill gesture), any bets placed with it and then cashed out will not count toward wagering criteria.

Further restrictions apply to meet the wagering requirement. Only your first qualifying bet on a particular event will count toward the requirement; all subsequent bets on the same event will be excluded. Returned, cancelled, voided, and cashed-out bets—as well as those placed with Free Bets or on outright markets (such as tournament or competition winners), horse racing, harness racing, and greyhound racing—are also excluded.

In the event that you lose your initial deposit, additional deposits and bets will be required to fulfill the wagering conditions. Free Bet bonuses can only be used on multi bets with at least three selections. There are no minimum odds requirements, and any winnings from Free Bets are credited as withdrawable funds to your main account balance. However, the original Free Bet bonus amount is non-withdrawable.

Only sportsbook bets placed on qualifying bet types at the required odds will count toward turnover requirements. The deposit associated with the bonus will be locked and unavailable for withdrawal until the full wagering requirement is met. Players can cancel the bonus at any time through their account. Tonybet reserves the right to withdraw or change promotions at any time without prior notice. However, any terms and conditions that were active when you opted into a promotion will still apply. Bonuses and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing offers. Furthermore, each customer is only entitled to one bonus offer, and this applies per household, address, shared device, IP address, and any other account-identifying information such as email, payment method, or bank account. Misuse of bonuses may lead to forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings, and in some cases, account closure.

Verification of identity (KYC) may be required at any time. If you fail to provide valid ID documents upon request, Tonybet reserves the right to cancel your bonus and any associated winnings. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photograph of yourself holding your ID, or to verify your identity via a phone call.

Tonybet may freeze account funds or close accounts entirely if there is any indication of fraud or money laundering activities. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the company’s general Terms and Conditions, which apply across the platform.

If a deposit bonus fails to activate for any reason, you must contact Tonybet’s support team before placing any bets. If your selected bonus doesn’t activate and you start betting with your deposited funds, it cannot be applied retroactively.
