Valencia CF vs Levante UD Prediction 21 November 2025

The thirteenth round of La Liga kicks off with a Valencian derby as struggling Valencia host newly promoted Levante at Mestalla.

Rubén Baraja’s side enter the match in alarming form. Valencia are winless in seven league outings and have taken just two points from their last five matches, falling to Girona (1–2), Villarreal (0–2), and Real Madrid (0–4), while drawing with Alavés (0–0) and Betis (1–1). The slump has dragged them down to seventeenth place, just above the relegation zone, with 10 points and a concerning 11–21 goal difference.

Levante, back in the top flight after promotion, are also battling at the wrong end of the table. The Frogs sit nineteenth on nine points, having mixed a few encouraging results with some heavy defeats. Over the past month, they beat Real Oviedo 2–0 and held Mallorca to a 1–1 draw, but fell 0–3 to Rayo Vallecano, 1–2 to Celta, and 1–3 to Atlético. Their defensive record — 23 goals conceded — reflects the adjustment challenges typical for a newly promoted side.

Both teams have shown vulnerabilities at the back while still carrying enough threat going forward to trouble opponents. With neither side keeping clean sheets consistently, a high-stakes derby atmosphere, and each in desperate need of points, this matchup has all the ingredients for an open contest. A mutual exchange of goals would not be surprising.

Both teams to score 1.75
