In another confrontation of the EPL gameweek 2 tough mid-table Wolverhampton will test Chelsea’s strength!
At the moment Wolverhampton are one of the least problematic teams in the league, which is unlikely to sink to the fight for survival. In the opening round Wolves were frankly unlucky with the opponent, but on they still looked quite good against Arsenal (0:2).
Sixth place at the end of the previous campaign could guarantee Chelsea qualification to the Europa League, but the triumph of Man Utd in the FA Cup pushed the Blues into the less status Conference League. There they had already dealt with Servette (2-0), while on the national stage there was a 0-2 fiasco at the hands of Manchester City.
Supported by the home crowd, Wolverhampton often take points away from much stronger opponents. We do not think that Chelsea will so easily cope with the resistance of Wolves, and in general there is a very high probability of an exchange of goals.
