Bally’s Intralot Brand Officially Launches Across North America
Last update: 11 March, 2026
Intralot has introduced the Bally’s Intralot brand for its operations in the United States and Canada, marking another step in the integration of assets acquired from Bally’s as the companies align their operations and strategy.
The rebrand follows a major agreement reached in 2025, when Intralot acquired Bally’s International Interactive division in a deal valued at approximately €2.7 billion ($3.1 billion). Despite Intralot technically acquiring the division, the structure of the transaction resulted in Bally’s taking a 58% majority stake in the combined entity. As part of the arrangement, Bally’s Corp CEO Robeson Reeves assumed the same leadership role in the newly formed company, overseeing the integration and future development of the business.
With the launch of the Bally’s Intralot brand, the company aims to emphasize the strategic alignment between the two organizations and highlight the expanded capabilities of the merged business. In a LinkedIn announcement, the company described the move as the beginning of “the next chapter in the strategic alignment,” pointing to its increased scale, stronger digital expertise, and complementary offerings across the lottery and iGaming ecosystem.
Under the new structure, the company’s US operations will function as Bally’s Intralot Inc., while the Canadian division will operate under the name Bally’s Intralot CA. Both entities will continue focusing on delivering lottery technology services across their respective markets.
Despite the rebranding, the company emphasized that much of its core structure remains unchanged. Bally’s Intralot confirmed that its North American division will continue operating primarily as a B2B lottery technology provider, maintaining the same leadership team, workforce, and contractual partnerships.
Andrea Williams, Vice President of Marketing at Bally’s Intralot, echoed this sentiment in a LinkedIn post, noting that the transition still feels familiar internally. She highlighted that the same teams remain in place, working with the same partners and continuing to support the North American lottery customers they have long served.
