BetConstruct and Oddsgate Join Forces to Target Brazil’s Growing iGaming Market

The move brings together BetConstruct’s global technological expertise with Oddsgate’s strong local knowledge and regulatory connections, marking an important step in Brazil’s rapidly evolving gambling industry.

The announcement was made on 25 September at Harmony YoFuture, an event jointly hosted by both companies to showcase their combined vision. BetConstruct, a leading international supplier of sportsbook and casino technology, presented its full ecosystem, including its AI-driven platforms, flagship sportsbook, and casino suite. Oddsgate, a Portugal-headquartered provider with an established Brazilian presence, emphasized its ability to adapt global platforms to the unique needs of local operators.

Oddsgate has been proactive in shaping Brazil’s iGaming landscape. In August, it became the first platform to join the National Association of Gaming and Lotteries (ANJL), demonstrating its strong ties with regulators. Earlier, in June 2025, the company also joined the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), highlighting its commitment to compliance, integrity, and player protection. This regulatory awareness is seen as a key strength in the partnership, ensuring that the joint offering aligns with Brazil’s developing legal framework.

The companies outlined three pillars of their collaboration: a global platform adapted to Brazilian conditions, applied regulatory intelligence, and 24/7 localized support in Portuguese. These features are designed to help operators deliver both reliability and personalization, while maintaining full compliance with the country’s evolving rules.

BetConstruct’s Chief Business Officer, Mikayel Sarukhanyan, stressed the importance of the partnership: “Together, we will provide Brazilian operators with the reliability, innovation, and efficiency already recognised worldwide.” Oddsgate CEO Tiago Almeida echoed the sentiment, describing the collaboration as a “transformative step” that would allow clients to access the most complete platform in the industry without sacrificing the customization and proximity that are essential in Brazil.

Another focus of the partnership is technology integration. Both companies highlighted the role of APIs in enhancing speed, scalability, and sophistication, giving operators more flexibility in building tailored solutions. With Brazil’s iGaming sector at a critical point of growth and regulatory maturity, the timing of the alliance is positioned as ideal.
