Betsson Strikes Three-Year Sponsorship Deal with Hellenic Football Federation for Greek Cup!
Betsson Group Scores Big: Named Exclusive Sponsor for Greek Cup in Thrilling Three-Year Partnership with Hellenic Football Federation!

The Hellenic Football Federation (HFF) and Betsson Group have unveiled an exciting new collaboration for the Greek Cup. Betsson, a prominent operator in the gambling industry, has assumed the role of the naming sponsor for the Greek Cup from 2023 to 2026, solidifying a long-term partnership with the Hellenic Football Federation.

This strategic alliance underscores Betsson's ongoing dedication to supporting Greek sports, a commitment that aligns seamlessly with the celebration of the operator's 60th anniversary this year. Ronni Hartvig, Chief Commercial Officer of Betsson Group, expressed his enthusiasm for the recently forged sponsorship agreement, stating, "We are incredibly proud to lend our support to the Greek Cup, reinforcing our enduring investment and dedication to Greek sports. I've had the privilege of witnessing the commendable and inspiring efforts of the Betsson Greece team."

Panagiotis Mpaltakos, the President of the Hellenic Football Federation, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the advantages of the three-year partnership. He remarked, "We welcome Betsson as the naming sponsor of the Hellenic Cup for the next three years. We are pleased to have reached this agreement, through which HFF gains a robust partner in its ongoing effort to enhance the Cup."

He continued, "Consequently, we establish a robust partnership that will yield benefits for the organization and the tournament. This reflects our commitment to the continuous improvement of HFF events, particularly the Cup, which is an institution with a rich history and prestige, providing all participating teams with the opportunity to distinguish themselves."

This collaboration not only signifies a significant boost for the Greek Cup but also represents a progressive stride in the realm of gambling sponsorships in sports. Earlier this month, Virgin Bet made headlines by announcing its sponsorship of Cheltenham's December Gold Cup, following the renewal of its sponsorship of the Ayr Gold Cup Festival earlier in the year.
