FanDuel Partners with PWHL to Stream Games and Boost Fan Engagement
FanDuel has announced a groundbreaking partnership with the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL), becoming the league’s official sportsbook and exclusive in-app streaming partner in the United States.

This collaboration aims to bring fans closer to the game, combining live-streamed matches and comprehensive betting options in one convenient platform.

As part of the deal, FanDuel will stream up to 90 PWHL regular-season games and playoffs directly through its app. This integration provides fans with the ability to watch live action while placing bets on their favorite teams and players. Betting options will include player prop bets, novelty markets, and same-game parlays, offering a dynamic experience for hockey enthusiasts.

Dale Hooper, General Manager of FanDuel Canada, expressed excitement about the partnership, saying, “FanDuel is proud to partner with the PWHL and support the league's incredible athletes. This partnership is about creating a new era of fan engagement – one that brings hockey closer to fans while helping grow the visibility of women's professional sports.”

This initiative aligns with FanDuel’s broader mission to enhance the sports experience while promoting responsible gaming. Fans will have access to tools such as deposit and wager limits, ensuring a safe and enjoyable betting environment.

The partnership also represents a significant milestone for the PWHL, which continues to gain momentum in expanding its fanbase and elevating women’s hockey on a global scale. By leveraging FanDuel’s extensive platform and innovative features, the league aims to reach new audiences and strengthen its presence in the competitive sports landscape.

This collaboration is the latest in a series of high-profile partnerships for FanDuel. Recently, the company struck a deal with Euroleague Basketball, allowing one game from each round of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season to stream exclusively in the United States on FanDuel TV Extra and FanDuel TV+, the brand’s free OTT platform.

With this partnership, FanDuel not only expands its influence in sports streaming and betting but also plays a crucial role in promoting the growth and visibility of women’s professional hockey.
