Meridianbet Unveils Flash Bet Instant Sports Simulation Across Global Markets
Meridianbet has launched Flash Bet, a new proprietary instant sports simulation feature designed to deliver betting outcomes within seconds, as the operator continues to expand its in-house technology portfolio.

Developed internally by Meridianbet’s technology team, Flash Bet is being introduced through a phased rollout across the company’s international markets. The product allows players to place bets on simulated outcomes of real, scheduled sporting events, with results generated almost instantly.

Unlike traditional virtual sports products, which typically rely on fictional leagues or fixtures, Flash Bet is based on upcoming real-world events. By simulating matches that are already scheduled to take place, the feature offers a faster alternative to standard pre-match betting markets while maintaining a connection to actual sporting calendars.

According to Meridianbet, Flash Bet blends elements of conventional sports betting with the rapid settlement commonly associated with virtual sports. Players can adjust the speed of simulations and watch animated match outcomes unfold in real time, creating a short-form betting experience designed for quick engagement. The company says the feature is intended to keep users active during gaps between live matches or outside peak sporting hours.

The rollout of Flash Bet will take place gradually across Meridianbet’s 18 operational markets. The operator explained that this staged approach will allow it to gather data on player behaviour and fine-tune the user experience before making the product more widely available.

The launch comes amid continued growth in the virtual and simulated sports betting segment. Industry figures cited by Meridianbet estimate the global virtual sports betting market at $12.68bn in 2024, with forecasts projecting growth to $44.52bn by 2032. Operators have increasingly positioned instant and simulated sports products as a way to sustain engagement during off-peak periods and to complement traditional sportsbook offerings.

Flash Bet forms part of Meridianbet’s broader strategy to strengthen its proprietary product ecosystem alongside third-party integrations. The operator is a subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group, which completed its acquisition of Meridianbet Group earlier this year after an extended transaction process.

Alongside its focus on internal development, Meridianbet has continued to expand its content and market footprint. In October 2025, the company announced a partnership with 7777 Gaming to integrate slot titles, instant win games and additional casino content across its platform. The agreement supported 7777 Gaming’s international growth strategy while diversifying Meridianbet’s product offering.

More recently, Meridianbet has entered the Nigerian market, securing regulatory approval to provide B2B services through its licensed local entity, Masterlive Network Limited. The expansion reflects the operator’s ongoing efforts to grow its presence in regulated markets while investing in new betting formats such as Flash Bet.
