Michigan Marks Latest Step in bet365’s U.S. Growth Strategy
bet365 has continued its steady expansion across the United States with the launch of its online sportsbook and casino platform in Michigan.

This latest move marks the 17th state in which the operator is now active, underlining its long-term ambition to establish a strong foothold in one of the world’s most competitive betting markets.

The Michigan launch is a significant step for bet365, as the state is widely regarded as a mature and highly engaged market with a well-developed sports betting audience. To mark the occasion, the company is rolling out a variety of welcome promotions and incentives designed to attract new users and quickly build market share.

Through these collaborations, bet365 will feature during live broadcasts, benefit from virtual signage, and activate across the Detroit Tigers’ radio and digital platforms. In addition, the company will act as a presenting partner for Detroit SportsNet’s coverage of the Tigers.

At the same time, bet365 appears to be refining its overall business strategy. The company recently confirmed it is no longer a member of the American Gaming Association (AGA), signaling a potential shift in its positioning within the U.S. industry. On the technological front, bet365 is also investing in innovation through a partnership with AI platform TestMu, which is expected to accelerate development cycles and enhance the delivery of its products.
