The merger, which involved the integration of SharpLink Gaming Ltd (commonly referred to as SharpLink Israel) with SharpLink Gaming Inc (SharpLink US), has resulted in a strategic shift in the company's operational jurisdiction from Israel to Delaware.

Effective immediately as of February 13, 2024, SharpLink Israel now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of SharpLink US. This strategic maneuver reflects SharpLink's commitment to streamlining operations and concentrating its efforts on serving the burgeoning sports betting and casino gaming sectors.
