The London derby between Arsenal and Crystal Palace will take place as part of the twenty-first round of the Premier League!
This winter, Arsenal are not showing the best results - in the previous five meetings they beat Brighton 2:0, drew 1:1 with Liverpool, and also lost 0:1 to Aston Villa, 0:2 to West Ham and 1:2 to Fulham. It’s not surprising that at this rate the Gunners dropped to fourth place with 40 points and a goal difference of 37:20.
In the last match of 2023, Crystal Palace achieved a spectacular 3:1 victory over Brentford, thanks to which they rose to fourteenth position with 21 points and goal statistics of 22:29. But before that, the Eagles looked frankly weak against the backdrop of Liverpool (1:2), Manchester City (2:2), Brighton (1:1) and Chelsea (1:2).
We believe that after a short break Arsenal will regain their previous form and be able to break the long series of failures. On the other hand, Crystal Palace are a very unyielding opponent, so there will definitely not be a defeat at the hands of the hosts.
