The principal battle between Liverpool and Tottenham will highlight the program of the EPL matchday 36!
Liverpool clearly lacked the strength to finish the league season, so they ignominiously left the title race. After games with Manchester United (2:2), Crystal Palace (0:1), Fulham (3:1), Everton (0:2) and West Ham (2:2), the Reds have firmly settled in third position with 75 points and a score 77:36.
While Tottenham first looked good against West Ham (1:1) and Nottingham (3:1), then suffered three consecutive defeats against Newcastle (0:4), Arsenal (2:3) and Chelsea (0:2). Thus, Spurs remained on the fifth line of the standings, having 60 points with a goal difference of 67:54.
We believe that Liverpool with the active support of the home crowd will gather strength and take the upper hand over the opponent, who has at least as many problems.
