In the first match of the Copa America quarter-finals, the lot was drawn between Argentina and Ecuador!
Right now, Argentina rank first in the FIFA rankings, since they are the current world champions, and it was they who won the 2021 Copa America. At the group stage, Scaloni's team performed very well, defeating Canada 2:0, Chile 1:0 and Peru 2:0 in turn.
