Malta Gaming Authority Warns Public of Fraudulent Online Gaming Sites!

In its announcement, the MGA specifically identified five websites—www.rayvietnam.net, www.rbvn08.com, www.raybet03.com, www.ray097.com, and www.ray40.com—as operating without proper licensing from the Authority. These platforms have been falsely representing themselves as being licensed by the MGA, a claim that the Authority categorically denies.

The MGA’s warning aims to protect consumers by highlighting the potential risks associated with using unlicensed gaming websites. These platforms, operating outside of Malta’s strict regulatory framework, pose significant risks to users, including the possibility of fraud, unfair gaming practices, and the lack of proper consumer protection measures.

This warning serves as a crucial reminder for individuals engaging with online gaming platforms to verify the legitimacy of the services they use. The MGA emphasises the importance of ensuring that gaming platforms are licensed and regulated by a recognised authority.
