Romania vs Bosnia & Herzegovina Prediction 21 March 2025
Added on 19 March, 2025
Romania and Bosnia will face off in Group H's opening match of the European qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
Last fall, Romania dominated Division C of the Nations League, securing six wins from six against Kosovo (3:0, 3:0), Lithuania (3:1, 2:1), and Cyprus (3:0, 4:1). They also made history by reaching the European Championship playoffs for the first time in years, though their run ended with a 0:3 defeat to the Netherlands.
Bosnia, on the other hand, has endured a tough spell, managing just two draws and suffering eight defeats in their last ten outings. Despite their past reputation, they struggled in the Nations League, drawing with Hungary (0:0, 0:2) and the Netherlands (2:5, 1:1), while facing heavy losses to Germany (1:2, 0:7).
At the moment, Romania appears far more organized and confident than a Bosnia side undergoing a generational shift. With home advantage on their side, the Tricolor are strong favorites to secure a winning start to their qualifying campaign.
Romania to win 1.80
