Fanatics Betting & Gaming Expands to the Philippines in Strategic Partnership with Claymore Solutions

The collaboration aims to establish a Special Class BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) hub, which will create new employment opportunities and strengthen the Philippines’ reputation as a trusted destination for international gaming services.

Claymore Solutions, founded in 2023 by Paul Fox and Nathan Kinsella, provides comprehensive back-office services to licensed international gaming operators. While the company does not engage in betting activities or handle gaming funds, it offers a wide range of support functions including human resources, payroll, and office infrastructure from its base in Taguig City. Clients can choose to leverage Claymore’s recruitment services or manage their own hiring processes independently.

The timing of this launch is especially significant in the wake of the Philippine government's discontinuation of the POGO (Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator) licensing regime, which resulted in the displacement of over 40,000 local workers. Claymore aims to provide a solution to this challenge by connecting displaced professionals with reputable, licensed global gaming companies, helping to ensure long-term employment in a stable, regulated environment.

Paul Fox, Chairman and Co-Founder of Claymore Solutions, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality jobs in the country. He also acknowledged the support of President Ferdinand Marcos and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), particularly Chairman Al Tengco, for their efforts in promoting the country as a reliable hub for global gaming support.

For Fanatics, which launched in 2021 and has primarily focused on aggressive domestic expansion in the U.S.—including a recent launch in New York—the move signals a broader operational strategy. By establishing a presence in the Philippines, Fanatics not only expands its global footprint but also strengthens its back-end capabilities through access to a skilled local workforce.
