Arsenal arrive in strong form, sitting second with nine points and a 9-1 goal difference. The Gunners have looked both solid and ruthless, beating Manchester United (1-0), Leeds (5-0), and Nottingham Forest (3-0). Their only slip was a narrow 0-1 defeat to Liverpool, a game in which they still showed plenty of resilience.
