Scotland vs Brazil Prediction 25 June 2026

Scotland and Brazil will meet in the final round of Group C fixtures at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with both teams still having plenty to play for as the race for qualification reaches its climax.

Scotland made a promising start to the tournament by edging Haiti 1-0, but they were unable to build on that result in their second outing. A narrow 1-0 defeat to Morocco left the Scots with three points from two matches and facing a difficult challenge against one of the tournament favorites. A positive result here could be crucial to their hopes of reaching the knockout stage.

Brazil, meanwhile, have enjoyed a solid campaign so far. After being held to a 1-1 draw by Morocco in their opener, the Seleção responded with a convincing 3-0 victory over Haiti. That result moved them onto four points and placed them in a strong position heading into the final group match.

The South Americans are expected to control possession and dictate the tempo with their technical quality and attacking depth. Scotland, however, have already shown they are capable of remaining organized and competitive against strong opposition, and they will likely look to frustrate Brazil while searching for opportunities on the counterattack.

While Scotland have every reason to believe they can make life difficult for their opponents, Brazil remain clear favorites on paper. With superior individual quality and extensive experience on the biggest stage, the five-time world champions should have the edge. Nevertheless, the pressure of a decisive group-stage encounter could make this a tighter contest than many expect.
