Paris vs Valencia Prediction 23 October 2026

The 7th-round match of the EuroLeague regular season will take place at the Adidas Arena in Paris.

Paris have produced inconsistent results at the start of the season, alternating successful performances in the domestic league with setbacks in European competition. The French team's form is heavily dependent on game tempo and three-point shooting efficiency, leading to disappointing results in close finishes against more disciplined opponents. In their most recent games, Paris thrashed Boulazac (90–75), lost to Crvena Zvezda (81–90) and Virtus Bologna (94–96), defeated Strasbourg (98–84), and suffered a defeat to Lyon-Villeurbanne (96–98).

Valencia are in competitive form and favour an open, high-scoring style of basketball. The Spanish club's recent results have been driven by the high efficiency of its offense, although occasional lapses in defensive concentration have cost the team victories against top sides. In their latest games, the Spaniards comfortably defeated Murcia (116–93), lost a hard-fought contest to Maccabi Tel Aviv (88–91) and to Olympiacos in overtime (97–102), fell to Barcelona (86–89), and comfortably overcame Hapoel Tel Aviv (93–82).

It is extremely difficult to identify a clear favourite for the upcoming matchup, as both teams are prone to prolonged defensive slumps and favour an attacking style. Paris traditionally try to increase the tempo on their home court, but Valencia have greater roster depth and look more convincing offensively, regularly surpassing the 90-point mark. Considering both teams' high scoring output in recent games and their tendency to play open basketball, backing Valencia to win in a high-scoring encounter looks like the most promising option.

Valencia to win at 1.61
